These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllStream (the "Service"), including our website and related online experiences. The Service is provided by Gold Co ("Gold Co," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy controls.
The Service is intended for users who can lawfully enter into a binding agreement with Gold Co. Sign-in is provided through Google Sign-In; Google's eligibility rules and terms apply to authentication. We do not knowingly offer account registration to children under the age described in our Privacy Policy (including where applicable age floors such as 13 for Google accounts).
You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the security of the account credentials managed by your sign-in provider. Notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use.
AllStream is a movie and TV discovery experience that may include, depending on the product version: watchlists and watch status; ratings and likes; curated lists; shared watchlists; personalized recommendations; search and browsing; and localized information about streaming availability based on approximate country (as described in our Privacy Policy). The Service is offered on the web and on Android via Google Play as a Trusted Web Activity, unless we communicate otherwise in-product.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including experimental or beta features) with or without notice, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
You agree not to:
We may investigate and take action—including removing content or restricting or terminating accounts—if we reasonably believe there is a risk to the Service, users, or third parties.
The Service may allow you to submit or generate content such as profile information, lists, ratings, comments or text fields where available, and avatar images ("User Content").
You retain any rights you already hold in your User Content. To operate the Service, you grant Gold Co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for providing, securing, improving, and promoting the Service (for example, showing your public profile or public lists to other users). This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable backup retention and any information we may retain as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Service relies on third-party services and data sources (for example, hosting, authentication, analytics, and movie/TV metadata or scores). Those third parties have their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
The Service uses Google Analytics (GA4) with Google Signals enabled, a Google advertising feature that enables cross-device analytics. Google may collect aggregated demographic and interest data from signed-in Google users with ads personalization active. The Google Play Android app also includes Firebase Analytics, which may access the Advertising ID on Android for measurement as described in our Privacy Policy (§2.3, §2.4, and §12). Details and opt-out options are described there.
Metadata, posters, availability information, and similar materials may be provided by third parties and are for informational purposes only. Streaming availability and titles can change and may differ by region.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future; if we do, we will provide pricing and billing terms before you incur a charge, as required by applicable law.
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service—including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation—is owned by Gold Co or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The following disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable mandatory law (including consumer rights that cannot be waived).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD CO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Recommendations and discovery features are informational only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLD CO AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO (0) IF THE SERVICE IS FREE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Gold Co and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy (including in-app flows where available).
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or must do so to comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will provide notice in line with our Privacy Policy practices (for example, in-app notice or email where appropriate). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process for you to accept changes.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may give you rights that these Terms cannot override. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise (including rules on jurisdiction and venue for consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions), any dispute will be subject to the laws applicable to your relationship with Gold Co, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction's laws.
